Sore feet during exercise.

I was talking to a few of the mums at the gym and they were commenting on when they do high intensity exercise that the were finding that they their feet were feeling uncomfortable and sore after they finished high intensity cardio workouts. I used to get this problem where I would get pain in the arch of my foot. I couldn't afford to go to a podiatrist so I  made sure I bought myself a good pair of shoes and invested in a sports insole.

This helped with arch support and prevent the arch from falling which can cause pain and also gives cushioning and helps to absorb shock in the foot on impact with the ground. I have found that it has made a difference on how my feet react the next day and also I no longer get shin splints. I would recommend wearing a sport insole to anyone who is involved in high intensity sport or just doing a general workout to help with the health of your feet.
