My training during the week includes 2 PT session (Monday & Wednesday) Tuesday I do a double class Grit and Body attack and Saturday Body Attack. I have to drive 20 minutes to get to the gym I go to but I love the feeling of becoming fitter and stronger. Also I walk my dog everyday, either in the morning or the afternoon which ever fits best into my day.
